RETURN & EXCHANGES
We hope that you love what you ordered from Clarissa Bronfman Jewelry. But in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we want to make it easy for you to return or exchange your product.
We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or not defective full price product for exchange or refund within 14 days of ship date from clarissabronfman.com. Sale items are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Products returned between 15 and 30 days of receipt date will receive credit as a digital gift card. Once your return is processed, a credit will be issued for the merchandise amount only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 12 - 14 business days for the refund to post to your account. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
How to Return Merchandise by Mail
Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Form and original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.
- Complete the Return Merchandise Form
- Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclose the completed Return Form and original receipt or packing slip. Returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, Clarissa Bronfman Jewelry does not currently offer exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website. If you change your mind on choice of product for an item already purchased, simply return the item in your possession and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
